After graduating with a degree in Biotechnology, Vaishaly ventured into the world of singing, exploring her passion for music. Through her captivating performances at numerous singing events, she not only mesmerized audiences but also discovered a hidden talent for event management. Recognizing her innate ability to coordinate and organize, she realized that creating memorable experiences through event planning was her true calling.

Driven by her passion, Vaishaly embarked on a journey to establish her own event planning company, along with the Events Head, Mr. Vinston Churchil. With her infectious enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills, she effortlessly connects with clients, understanding their vision and transforming it into flawlessly executed events. As an excellent communicator and a manager who can think on her feet, she has a natural talent for orchestrating perfectly put-together occasions that exceed expectations.

One of the notable collaborations in Vaishaly's impressive portfolio includes her work alongside Mr. Vinston Churchil. Together, they successfully coordinated the Thamil Osai Ensemble, a renowned choir, under the guidance of the acclaimed Choir's Director, Mr. James Vasanthan, for the prestigious 44th FIDE Chess Olympiad held in Chennai in July 2022. Their seamless collaboration and meticulous planning ensured a remarkable and unforgettable experience for all attendees.
